Donate to LHSA

LHSA is all about community, and we’re proud of the one we’ve built with you. Together we discover Leica’s rich history, learn more photography skills, and discuss details about gear. Leica Society members know that the Leica journey is most meaningful when the experiences are shared with friends who understand that similar to Leica camera themselves, the community is more than the sum of its parts.

We also understand the importance of giving back. Our Philanthropy Fund was established to provide financial support and exposure for the next generation of photographers. Because of your support, it helped us award our first grant in 2017 to Ksenia Kuleshova and this year’s grant to Scott Brennan.

Now is your opportunity to help another deserving photographer complete their vision in 2020 by simply becoming an auto-renew member.

Become an auto-renew member and we’ll donate 10% of your membership fee to our Philanthropy Fund!

To contribute, simply turn on auto-renew or join the Leica Society and choose auto-renewal when you sign-up.

Our goal with this initiative is to support another deserving photographer for the fourth year in a row. Our Philanthropy Fund’s cash award of up to $5,000 will help a deserving photographer complete their project and provide opportunities for their work to be seen by a large audience. The recipient will also have the opportunity to be featured in an exhibition at a Leica Store in North America, have their project published in Viewfinder, and more.

Become an auto-renew member to enjoy many member-only benefits and support our community.
