9 – 9:45 AM: Introduction to Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) with Bill Royce: Beacon BC

This session will introduce Photoshop CC users to the full power of ACR image adjustments, for both raw images and other types (JPEG, etc.), using this plug-in that is part of the Photoshop program.

Lightroom users will also benefit from the demonstrations because most ACR tools are nearly identical in Lightroom CC.

Join us at the Leica Store and Gallery Boston for the LHSA Soiree. Please enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while surrounded by all the current Leica cameras and lenses. Slant Rhymes by Alex Webb and Rebecca Norris Webb will be the featured exhibition at Leica Gallery Boston. 9 – 9:45 AM: A Discussion on the Photography of Ed Keating: Beacon BC

10 – 10:45 AM: Pictures and Conversation – Sean Reid: Beacon BC

Reid will begin by showing a selection of pictures, from an upcoming monograph, made between 2001 and 2019 at and around motorcycle rallies in the United States. Many were made using Leica cameras, often M models, but the first part of the session will be more about pictures themselves than about equipment. Reid will then open the floor to any questions about photography, cameras, the testing and advising he has done for Leica, etc.

11 – 11:45 AM: Looking Back – Costa Manos : Beacon BC

A retrospective look through his pictures of Constantine Manos’ life as a photographer.

11:45 – 2 PM: Lunch & Trade Fair: Capitol AB/Lunch on Your Own

An annual favorite, the Trade Fair is an opportunity to haggle and huddle with your favorite Leica collectors and sellers.

2:00 – 5:00 PM: Boston Harbor Cruise (must be pre-registered): Meet in Lobby/Prompt Departure at 2:15

Enjoy and photograph a historic cruise of Boston Harbor and the beautiful Boston skyline. Must be pre-registered.

7 PM: Evening Banquet (must be pre-registered): Beacon BC
